A Las Vegas native, Nick graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Casino Management from UNLV and went on to work with various Fortune 500 companies including Wynn Resorts, the Cosmopolitan, and MGM Resorts International. His years in hospitality allowed Nick to hone his customer service skills and establish a reputation for excellence in fulfilling client expectations. In 2015 while working at MGM Resorts, Nick earned his real estate license, and by 2017 he had begun transitioning from hospitality to real estate, exhibiting an astonishing ability to flip homes. In October of that same year, Nick co-founded Forever Home Realty and within months had quit hospitality entirely to concentrate his efforts into establishing one of the premier real estate agencies in Las Vegas. With Forever Home Realty’s stellar reputation established in the span of just three short years, owner/broker Nick Devitte personally sells over 100+ homes per year and has earned YPN’s “Who’s Who Under 40” award two years running.
