Elevation and distance
You are well up the southeastern slope, which buys views and a few degrees. The trade is distance: roughly seventeen miles to the Strip and ten to Harry Reid.
The housing
Anthem Country Club spans production, semi-custom and custom homes, from roughly 1,200 square feet to over 10,000. The median year built is around 2001, so most homes here are twenty-plus years old — which is neither good nor bad, but it does mean roofs, HVAC and pool equipment deserve real attention at inspection.
Exteriors lean heavily Spanish revival, stucco with tile roofs, with contemporary and traditional exceptions.
What it costs
In early September 2026 publicly listed asking prices inside Anthem Country Club ran from roughly $587,000 to just under $6 million, with a median list near $1.14 million and forty-odd homes on the market.
Association dues reported for the community span a wide band, and club membership is separate from the HOA. Ask for three numbers on any home: the master assessment, the sub-association assessment, and the club initiation and dues.
