Park Towers sits inside the Hughes Center, just east of the Strip, and holds only 84 residences across two 20 story towers. When it opened in 2001 it was one of the first true luxury high rises in Las Vegas, and it still feels more like a private estate in the sky than a condo building.
What actually distinguishes it
Very few neighbors
With 84 homes in two towers, Park Towers has some of the lowest density of any Las Vegas high rise. Units are large, most with two or three bedrooms.
A builder’s who’s who
The project was led by Irwin Molasky with partners including Mark Fine and Steve Wynn, and designed by JMA Architecture Studios. Wynn bought one of the original penthouses.
Close to everything, not on top of it
You are about a mile and a half from Bellagio and a short drive to the airport, but on a quiet, landscaped campus away from Strip traffic.
Amenities
Guard gated entry, 24 hour security and concierge, card access elevators, a pool and private spa, a fitness center, tennis, a private screening room, a wine cellar, valet and secured parking. The towers have also had a multimillion dollar face lift.
What it costs
In October 2026 there were only a few listings, from about $1.1 million to just under $3 million. Over the prior twelve months the median sale was about $1.45 million. Inventory is thin, so good units often move quietly.
Dues are on the higher side because of the staff and security. Get the current figure and leasing rules for the specific unit.
Who it suits
