Panorama Towers is a pair of gated glass towers on Dean Martin Drive, just west of the Strip and across I-15 from CityCenter. The first tower opened in 2006 and the second in 2007, with roughly 634 residences between them. It is one of the most active and lively high rise addresses in town.
What actually distinguishes it

The towers face CityCenter and the heart of the Strip, with Red Rock and the Spring Mountains on the other side. Allegiant Stadium and T-Mobile Arena are a short drive away.
A wider range of price points
Layouts run from studios to large penthouses, so Panorama has a lower entry price than most luxury towers. That also makes it popular with second home buyers.

Gated access, 24 hour security and concierge make it easy to close the door and travel.
Amenities
A resort style pool and spa with cabanas, fitness center and yoga studio, racquetball court, private theater, concierge, valet and 24 hour security. The third tower on the site was later renamed The Martin and operates as a separate building.
What it costs
Pricing varies widely by tower, floor and view, from smaller units to multimillion dollar penthouses. Inventory changes quickly here, so ask me for a current list.
