Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas is a new luxury condo project under construction in MacDonald Highlands, the gated hillside community in Henderson. It will have 171 residences in two connected buildings, with full Four Seasons service, and is expected to be finished in 2027.
What actually distinguishes it

Owners get the brand’s service and roughly 90,000 square feet of amenities, including three outdoor pools, a spa, a large fitness center and an onsite restaurant run by Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group.
Golf and mountain living
The project sits in MacDonald Highlands close to the community’s private 18 hole championship golf club, plus views of the Strip and the mountains from every residence.
A serious build
WATG designed the project, and it closed $781 million in construction financing in late 2025.
The residences
Homes range from two to five bedrooms, with private garages, semi private elevators and chef’s kitchens. A multi level Sky Villa with its own plunge pool tops the collection. Prices start at about $5 million.
Buying new construction
