One Queensridge Place is a pair of 20 story towers in Queensridge on the west side of the valley, right next to Summerlin. Finished in 2007, it brought high rise living to the suburbs, with Red Rock Canyon views on one side and the Strip skyline on the other.
What actually distinguishes it
High rise living without the Strip
You get a full service tower with valet and concierge, but you are minutes from Downtown Summerlin, golf, hiking and Red Rock Canyon instead of the casinos.
Homes, not apartments
Residences start around 2,000 square feet and go up to four two story penthouses of roughly 16,000 square feet. One penthouse sold for $8 million in 2019, a Las Vegas condo record at the time.
Views both ways
West facing homes look straight at the Spring Mountains and Red Rock. East facing homes see the Strip lit up at night.
Amenities
Guard gated entry, 24 hour security, concierge and valet, a resort style pool, spa, fitness center, ballroom and event space, and secured parking.
What it costs
In October 2026 active listings ran from just under $1 million to about $5.5 million. Over the prior twelve months the median sale was about $1.2 million, with more sales here than at most luxury towers.
Dues vary with the size of the residence. Ask for the current number and the leasing rules on the unit you like.
Who it suits
Downsizers leaving a large Summerlin or Queensridge home, part time residents, and anyone who wants high rise services with a west side lifestyle. It is also a natural comparison for buyers following Summit House. See more on my Las Vegas high rise living page.
